TextInOrder Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TextInOrder service ("Service") operated by TextInOrder ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TextInOrder is an on-demand SMS information retrieval service. Users send an item number, product code, or supported keyword to a configured TextInOrder-enabled SMS number and receive a corresponding digital resource in response.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. SMS Service

Users initiate TextInOrder SMS requests by texting a supported number.
Message frequency depends on how often you use the service.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to opt out of further messages. Reply START to resume.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to SMS messaging is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

Use the Service only for its intended purpose — retrieving information via SMS lookup codes.
Provide accurate information when contacting us.
Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
Engage in conduct that damages, disables, or impairs the Service or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive conduct.

6. Availability

We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or unavailability.

7. Third-Party Links

Lookup codes may return URLs pointing to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Links to third-party content do not constitute an endorsement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials comprising the TextInOrder website and service are owned by TextInOrder or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use TextInOrder's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION RETURNED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEXTINORDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
